An individual has the opportunity to make independent choices that will impact their daily lives. Individuals are in a training environment that is safe and enjoyable. We provide mentoring to assist individuals to reach their full potential. Our goal is to provide professional services that allow individuals to enjoy their time while at PerCo Inc.
The Administrative Service Building is located to the right and beside the ADS building on State Street in New Lexington. All visitors must sign in at this location.
The ADS Service building is located at 300 South State Street. We offer ADS, Vocational, Non-Vocational, Transportation, Community Integration, and other services from this location. Our certified Direct Support Professionals supports each individual in meeting their goals and outcomes, along with general duties of each day, such as toileting, meals, making community connections and community supports, while striving for an independent life within their communities.
The Imagine Center, 932 South Main Street, New Lexington, offers person centered services to individuals with the care, support and opportunities that maximize their quality of life. Our building facilitator directly assists and supports each individual toward successful outcomes.
